The Turner Group

Turner Group partnered with Dartmouth Health to transform a 13,000-square-foot space into a fully functional clinic, featuring 28 exam rooms, specialty spaces, and team collaboration areas. Our design focused on optimizing layout efficiency, enhancing patient comfort, and upgrading HVAC systems to meet health system standards. The renovation also brought all exterior access points into full ADA compliance—balancing complex spatial constraints with thoughtful, detail-oriented solutions.
