Principal | President

Bill Hickey leads Turner Group with a deep appreciation for the people, projects, and partnerships that shape the firm. Starting as a structural engineer, he now guides business development, marketing, and project support efforts, while still jumping into design work when he can. Bill thrives on the variety each day brings, whether collaborating with clients and teammates or watching a project move from concept to reality. He’s especially proud of the lasting relationships Turner Group has built within the community and industry. Outside the office, Bill enjoys golfing, beach days, and spending time with his family, including his two sons and new granddaughter, Ellie. His life is also shaped by the experiences of supporting an adult son with autism, which has strengthened his commitment to community, connection, and compassionate leadership.

Richard Wolf, Jr.

Principal | Senior Vice President – Infrastructure

Rick brings extensive experience in construction administration and observation across a wide range of projects including bridges, roadways, commercial and municipal buildings, and site development. His practical approach and hands-on experience help guide projects from design through construction with a focus on efficiency, safety, and collaboration. Rick values working closely with teams, municipalities, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. He is passionate about the diverse work Turner Group takes on, and it's the people, coworkers and clients alike, that make the work meaningful to him. Outside of the office, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and kids in the outdoors from hiking and snowmobiling to kayaking and fishing, and he has a lifelong love for anything mechanical, especially auto racing.

Paige Wilber, PE

Jonathan Smith, AIA, NCARB

Associate | Senior Project Architect

Jonathan is an architect at Turner Group with 35 years of experience and a passion for large, technically challenging projects. A graduate of Syracuse University, he brings extensive expertise in healthcare design, sophisticated building systems, and workflows to every project. Jonathan thrives on collaboration and team leadership, and he values the longstanding relationships he has built with clients throughout his career. He enjoys bringing people together to solve demanding challenges and create thoughtful, successful outcomes. A native of Rochester, New Hampshire, Jonathan is proud to call the Granite State home. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and sharing life’s adventures with his wife, Lisa. He also enjoys reading science fiction, exploring antiques, musical theater, and all things Disney.

Eric Dinsmore, CSI, CDT®

Associate | Senior Architectural Designer

Eric oversees the production of architectural drawings, bringing a comprehensive approach to design, particularly in construction documentation and conceptual visualization. With a background as a carpenter, he has a strong understanding of building materials and construction processes, which allows him to address challenges early in the design phase. Eric is passionate about staying current with the latest technologies in construction materials and design tools to improve team workflows and communication. He values the camaraderie at Turner Group, believing that a lighthearted approach helps navigate the challenges of project delivery. Outside of work, Eric enjoys family time and is an avid golfer.

Siyue(Alice) Zhou

Architectural Designer

Alice is an architectural designer at Turner Group who combines creativity with technical expertise on every project. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College, she is passionate about collaborating with stakeholders to bring designs to life. Alice is skilled at preparing construction documents and creating fly-through videos that help clients visualize their spaces. Driven by the impact architecture has on how we live and work, her upbringing in a different country inspires thoughtful, innovative design that balances function and cultural awareness. Alice thrives in a collaborative environment and values the energy and dedication her team brings to every project. Outside of work, she is an avid photographer who loves capturing stories through her lens.

Kailey Woodbury

Interior Designer | Architectural Planner

Kailey is an Interior Designer at Turner Group, blending creativity with technical expertise to craft spaces that enhance the human experience. With a diverse background in hospitality, senior living, education, corporate spaces, and multifamily housing, she designs with a deep understanding of how elements like color, texture, and scale impact behavior and functionality. Kailey’s attention to detail and strong foundation in interior architecture allows her to seamlessly integrate both aesthetic appeal and practical use in her designs, ensuring each project reflects the client’s vision while serving its purpose.

Katelin Howe

Architectural Designer

Katelin is an architectural designer with a well-rounded technical skillset and adaptable workflow. She earned her Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where her research focused on non-traditional education spaces and adaptive reuse. Having previously completed a job shadow and two internships with Turner Group, Katelin was excited to rejoin the team full-time. She values the firm's close, collaborative culture and its alignment with her goal of supporting local communities. Katelin looks forward to contributing to designs that make a positive, lasting impact on those around her. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Jonathan is a structural engineer who plays an active role in managing both the Structural Engineering and Production teams at Turner Group. Jonathan works closely with clients and architects to tailor solutions to each project’s unique needs, leading with a collaborative approach that drives successful outcomes. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing with neighbors, and traveling to explore new places. Sara Ihle

Associate | Assistant Project Manager

Sara provides essential support across the architecture, engineering, and building science departments at Turner Group. She specializes in coordinating construction administration, generating minutes, preparing permits and bid documents, and developing technical documentation for state and federal agencies. With exceptional organizational and communication skills, Sara drives project goals forward and keeps teams on track. She enjoys the variety of projects she’s involved in, participating in client meetings and site visits, where she sees collaboration across different disciplines come to life. Her ability to adapt and learn from professionals with diverse backgrounds makes her a valuable asset to any project team. Outside of work, Sara serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Granite State Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and is passionate about supporting and empowering women in the AEC industry.

Gerard Blanchette, PE, LEED AP

Senior Project Executive

Gerry has a vast background in structural and civil engineering design, with expertise in managing a wide range of projects, including industrial, municipal, commercial, educational, infrastructure, water/wastewater, and hydroelectric power facilities. His experience spans all aspects of engineering, from design to construction management, and he’s contributed to over 1,000 projects throughout his career. As a founding member and past President of Turner Group, Gerry has honed his ability to guide projects from concept to completion, with a deep understanding of the challenges involved. He also brings experience in forensic engineering and concrete restoration. Outside of his professional role, Gerry remains passionate about innovation in the field and inspiring the next generation of engineers and architects.

Paul Becht, PE

Senior Structural Engineer

Paul brings a deep and well-rounded background in designing a wide range of structures, from reinforced concrete to structural steel, timber, aluminum, and stainless steel. He has worked with numerous materials to create reliable, durable designs, and his expertise spans everything from building assessments and design calculations to creating detailed drawing and specification bid packages. Paul's work includes conducting material condition surveys for various structures such as buildings, dams, piers, and retaining walls, as well as designing open channel water flow systems, pump intake structures, and cofferdams. Whether it's building foundations, bridges, or sheet pile retaining walls, Paul's breadth of knowledge and hands-on approach ensure that each project is executed with precision. Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated a true passion for structural engineering and is always eager to take on new challenges with a focus on creating safe and sustainable solutions.

Lily Beyer, PE

Senior Structural Engineer

Lily joins us as a Senior Structural Engineer, bringing extensive experience in building design along with strong technical expertise and in-depth code knowledge. She has a proven background in structural analysis and design across steel, wood, concrete, and masonry systems, utilizing tools such as RISA, Tedds, and Revit. In addition to her technical skill set, Lily offers valuable experience in project management, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring design quality and code compliance.

Steve Kjellander, PE

Senior Civil Engineer

Steve specializes in civil site development, transportation, and municipal infrastructure projects, with expertise in grading and drainage design, utility coordination, roadway design, and construction administration. His experience spans federal, municipal, and private-sector projects, where he enjoys working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions. Steve appreciates the opportunity to tackle a wide variety of projects at Turner Group and values the collaborative environment that allows everyone to learn from one another while providing exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth baseball and ski racing, and taking advantage of everything, New Hampshire has to offer through hiking, biking, and camping.

Adam Sikes

Structural Designer

Adam approaches each project with a multidisciplinary mindset, shaped by his background in land surveying, civil design, and architectural engineering. A graduate of NHTI’s Architectural and Civil Engineering program, he specializes in developing 3D Revit models and detailed construction documents, primarily for structural projects, while also lending his skills to civil and hydrological work. Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS data, and land surveying, Adam thrives on the unique puzzles each project presents and values the opportunity to collaborate with different disciplines. Outside of work, he’s either carving through fresh powder on his snowboard or foraging in the woods near the office.

Bo Rautio

Structural Designer

Bo Rautio brings a blend of architectural and structural expertise to his work, combining technical skill with a creative, problem-solving mindset. He values the collaborative, supportive culture at Turner Group and appreciates the way teamwork and humor make every project — whether complex or straightforward — more rewarding. Bo enjoys opportunities to grow, learn, and contribute to meaningful designs alongside a group that encourages both professional and personal connections. Boubacar is a key member of the structural team, where he plays a vital role in analyzing structural systems, creating detailed models, and delivering efficient design solutions for construction projects. With a background that combines field experience and technical design, he excels at bridging the gap between concept and execution. He enjoys the balance of creativity and problem-solving that structural design provides, constantly seeking smart, practical solutions to challenges like site constraints or sustainable design. Boubacar thrives in the collaborative culture at Turner Group, where professional growth is supported and teamwork is key. William Fogarty, EIT

Structural Engineer

Will graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He supports the Structures team by assisting with engineering calculations, structural design, project coordination, and technical documentation for a variety of projects. Through this work, he has had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with structural analysis, site visits, and engineering software while learning from experienced team members. Will enjoys working in a collaborative environment where every project brings new challenges and opportunities to develop his skills. He likes being part of a team that works together to solve problems and create practical engineering solutions, allowing him to expand his knowledge and gain valuable experience. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time outdoors, especially golfing and making the most of his free time.

Dave Vaccaro, PE

Mechanical Project Engineer

Dave is a mechanical project engineer at Turner Group, specializing in designing and commissioning mechanical and plumbing systems. His work includes system design, drafting, and report development, using advanced modeling software like Revit for energy, heating, and cooling load analysis. Dave has experience with a wide range of facilities, including educational, office, manufacturing, and municipal projects, with a focus on energy efficiency and occupant health. He enjoys contributing to projects that enhance the community’s energy efficiency and sustainability while bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the team. Outside of work, Dave stays active through running, biking, and hiking, and serves as President of the New Hampshire chapter of ASHRAE.

Jacob Maheu, EIT

Mechanical Project Engineer

Jacob brings a well-rounded approach to MEP project management, designing efficient, practical, and easy-to-build systems across various disciplines, including plumbing, mechanical systems, indoor air quality, and commissioning. His focus on constructability ensures that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Jacob has worked on a wide range of projects, from schools and retail spaces to hatcheries and manufacturing facilities, with a particular passion for improving energy efficiency and enhancing occupant wellness. He finds satisfaction in renovations, where upgrading indoor air quality can immediately improve the environment. At Turner Group, Jacob appreciates the supportive culture and the opportunity to tackle diverse, challenging projects. Outside of work, he’s an active member of the Lakes Region Search and Rescue team, a mountain biker, and a canoe enthusiast who loves exploring off the grid.

Jeffrey Preble, CxA, BECxP, CxA+BE

Senior Mechanical Designer

Jeff specializes in designing mechanical systems across various industries, including pulp and paper mills, chemical and food processing plants, and power plants. His expertise extends to commercial, educational, municipal, office, and healthcare buildings, where he designs HVAC, plumbing, steam plants, and hydronic boiler systems. With 19 years of experience in building science, Jeff also offers services like indoor air quality testing, moisture evaluation, and air and water leakage testing, ensuring efficient and sustainable systems for each project. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, boating, skiing, and volunteering as a ski patroller at the family camp.

Mark Bordelon, CxA, BECxP

Senior Mechanical Designer

Mark Bordelon brings a wealth of knowledge in designing mechanical systems for a variety of projects, ranging from apartment complexes and healthcare facilities to retail spaces, educational buildings, and manufacturing plants. His expertise includes everything from split systems and rooftop units to VRF systems, chilled water systems, and underfloor cooling, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting complex systems. Mark thrives on solving engineering challenges and enjoys the unique problems each project presents. What he values most about working at Turner Group is the supportive, collaborative environment where team members share a passion for engineering and work together to achieve success.

Nicholas Hall

Mechanical Designer

Nicholas is a mechanical designer who brings a practical, hands-on perspective to HVAC and mechanical system design. His time in industry working alongside both field and office personnel has allowed him perspective into many different parts of the construction industry. With experience in multi-residential and commercial systems, he is enthusiastic about expanding his expertise and contributing to projects throughout New England. He values the collaborative nature of Turner Group and the hands-on education that comes along with it. When not at the office, Nick stays active through ice hockey, skiing, and hiking throughout the White Mountains.

Anna Giraldi, PE

Senior Bridge Engineer – Infrastructure

Anna brings a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on bridges and infrastructure projects. Her work includes bridge design, rehabilitation, construction engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and project development from concept through completion. She’s actively involved in task coordination and is known for her precision in structural calculations, cost estimating, and proposal development. Anna enjoys the variety of work and cross-discipline collaboration, contributing to infrastructure projects that support communities across the region. With strong organizational and time management skills, she helps guide projects efficiently and effectively. Outside the office, she loves hiking in the White Mountains, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Philip Brogan, SE

Associate | Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Phil specializes in the design and rehabilitation of bridges, dams, retaining walls, and other structures, with expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. His work spans projects ranging from small dams to large-scale watersheds, and he thrives on the technical challenges that come with infrastructure projects. Phil particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect and the opportunity to collaborate with project teams to create innovative solutions. Outside of his engineering work, Phil enjoys exploring New Hampshire with his family and is passionate about helping local communities improve their quality of life.

Bob Carter

Senior Infrastructure Designer

With a well-rounded background in civil, environmental, and construction work, Bob Carter approaches every project with a practical, buildable mindset. His expertise covers hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage and road design, site development, hydropower, river restoration, and dam repair, along with the ability to navigate complex permitting at local, state, and federal levels as a Certified Soil Scientist. Bob values working alongside a diverse, collaborative team and is always interested in exploring new tools and ideas that improve project outcomes. Outside the office, he’s happiest cooking for family and friends, tending his garden, and enjoying the simple pleasure of growing his own food.

Lorilee Mather, PE

Senior Water Resources Engineer

Lori is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Turner Group, bringing extensive expertise in civil and water resource engineering. She specializes in dam safety, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater systems, and sustainable site design, with experience in GIS analysis, AutoCAD, MS4 permitting, and multi-state regulatory compliance. Lori’s hands-on approach, technical skills, and ability to tackle complex projects make her an invaluable asset, whether working on dam assessments or civil site design. Known for her resourcefulness, attention to detail, and no-nonsense attitude, she delivers results with precision. Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her grandkids, cooking, and getting outdoors.

Eric Teale, PE, LSP

Senior Consulting Engineer

Eric Teale is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in subsoil investigations, foundation design, and slope stability analysis. He has played a pivotal role in more than 100 dam and bridge projects throughout New England and New York, specializing in stability analysis for earth embankments, concrete dams, and foundation systems. Skilled in advanced geotechnical techniques such as ground improvement, dewatering, and both shallow and deep foundation systems, Eric brings a comprehensive approach to every project. His expertise extends to hydrogeological investigations and environmental site assessments, where he has led complex soil and groundwater studies, including remediation and contaminant transport modeling. Eric’s ability to tailor reliable engineering solutions makes him a key asset in the geotechnical and environmental engineering fields.

Jim Bouchard

Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

Jim is a versatile project manager with expertise in managing a wide range of projects, from transportation infrastructure such as municipal and state roadways, trails, sidewalks, and bridge rehabilitation, to environmental sectors like water and wastewater infrastructure, asset management, and site development. He oversees projects from inception through construction, including grant administration, complex construction activities, utility relocations, and addressing environmental challenges. Jim is passionate about learning something new every day while mentoring others, drawing inspiration from his broad experience in construction, engineering, and business ownership. At The Turner Group, he values the collaborative team dynamic that makes tackling complex projects both rewarding and enjoyable. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with family, skiing, landscaping, reading, and working on model trains.

Andrew Lawrence

Senior Infrastructure Designer

Andy focuses on developing detailed civil engineering plans for roadways, bridges, and site development, using survey and GIS data to support well-coordinated, buildable designs. His expertise in AutoCAD and Carlson Civil helps keep projects moving smoothly from concept to construction. Andy enjoys the variety of work across architecture and engineering and values collaborating with teammates from different disciplines. Outside the office, he’s a marathon runner in training, a sailboat restorer, and a private pilot for both airplanes and gliders.

Hans Weber, PE

Highway Engineer

Hans is a champion for transportation excellence who enjoys visiting with communities to interact directly with stakeholders and collaborate towards the common goal of an improved transportation network – one that is safer and that meets the needs of all road users. He has spearheaded a wide variety of transportation projects including intersection improvements, highway corridor reconstruction, and bridge replacement/realignment, and he has been a big advocate for the industry’s future of Digital Delivery and advanced 3D modeling. His portfolio of work has involved multidisciplinary projects that required navigation of design, logistical, and regulatory hurdles on the path towards project completion. Outside of work, Hans is an avid skier and biker who welcomes opportunities to recreate with friends and family.

Sam Cheney, EIT

Infrastructure Engineer in Training

Sam is an Infrastructure Engineer in Training at Turner Group with diverse experience in civil and structural engineering. He specializes in structural design, site development, environmental and historical permitting, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and project cost estimating. Sam's ability to adapt and quickly learn new skills has allowed him to work on a variety of projects, including bridge and culvert replacements and dam rehabilitation. What excites him most about the field is seeing the projects he contributes to come to life, and as he transitions into project management, he is particularly passionate about the teamwork and problem-solving required to deliver quality engineering solutions. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling with his wife, Kayleigh, and their dog, June. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys skiing, playing soccer, fishing, kayaking, and hiking.

Carole Zielinski

Associate | Chief Financial Officer

Carole plays an essential role at Turner Group, managing the company’s financial processes and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. She’s excited by the opportunity to learn something new every day in the architectural and engineering field, using her extensive experience in accounting and construction to contribute to the company’s success. Outside of work, Carole has a deep passion for travel, particularly cruising, and makes it a point to explore new destinations at least twice a year, always looking forward to the adventures that each journey brings.

Katie Dillon

Marketing Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Katie leads Turner Group's marketing and communications efforts with a strategic and creative approach. Outside of work, Katie is an avid quilter and artist and serves on the Boards of Trustees for both the Hopkinton Historical Society and the Hopkinton Town Library. She is also an active member of the SMPS Northern New England Chapter and Associated Builders & Contractors NH/VT Chapter.

Outside of work, she enjoys photography, binge-watching crime TV shows, planning beach trips, and perfecting her skinny margarita recipe. She also cherishes time with her four young children, who make life wonderfully unpredictable.

Alyssa Ross

Staff Accountant

Alyssa plays an important role on the team, handling accounts payable, reconciliations, payroll, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. She brings steady support and attention to detail to both the finance and HR sides of the company, and enjoys being part of a workplace where people are passionate about their work. Alyssa appreciates the culture of teamwork and community involvement, and outside the office, she loves reading, spending time with friends and family, and being around animals.

Tracy is an integral part of Turner Group team, supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, including coordinating Lunch and Learn presentations, providing customer service to clients and vendors, and fostering company culture. Her positive attitude and dedication to making a difference in every interaction make her a valued team member. Passionate about architecture and design, Tracy enjoys seeing projects evolve from concept to completion and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Caroline brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in fine arts and visual design. She joined Turner Group after making a career transition from education to graphic design. She is passionate about creating engaging video content and helping to further develop and strengthen the Turner Group brand and voice.
Driven by curiosity and creativity, Caroline enjoys pushing boundaries and finding fresh, imaginative solutions that capture attention and foster meaningful engagement. She approaches every project with an eye for thoughtful design and a commitment to delivering impactful visual storytelling.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys painting in her home studio, staying active, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Shauntee Anderson

Accounting Assistant

Shauntee is Turner Group’s Accounting Assistant whose primary responsibilities include processing payroll and providing support to the accounting team wherever needed. She takes pride in being detail-oriented and helping ensure day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly.
Outside of work, Shauntee enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs and two horses. Whether she's camping with her family, spending time outdoors, or hitting the golf course (even if she'll admit she's still working on her game), she loves making memories together. Shauntee also enjoys capturing those moments through photography and can often be found taking pictures of her family's many adventures.
