Turner Group provided architectural design and structural engineering services for a new 27,000 square foot headquarters building for Palmer & Sicard, Inc., a mechanical contractor based in Exeter, New Hampshire. The facility includes 8,000 square feet of office space and 19,000 square feet of manufacturing space, thoughtfully designed to support both administrative and operational functions.

The building was constructed with a traditional cast-in-place concrete foundation and slab, while the superstructure consists of a pre-engineered metal building system. The Turner Group’s architectural and structural teams worked closely with the client and construction partners in a design-build collaboration to ensure the facility met both functional needs and long-term performance goals. The design emphasized energy-efficient solutions, contributing to a modern and sustainable workspace for Palmer & Sicard’s growing operations.
