Granite Edvance, following its recent rebranding, sought to renovate its 7,800 square foot first-floor office to better align with its updated identity and operational needs. The Turner Group was awarded the project to lead the architectural and interior design efforts. The existing layout and finishes no longer supported the company’s vision, prompting a thorough reconfiguration of the space. Working closely with Granite Edvance’s executive team, TTG reimagined the office layout, introducing a welcoming reception area, a lobby with a branding wall, and a new information and refreshment nook. The design also includes five new conference rooms, a mother’s room, and a separate waiting area to enhance both functionality and privacy.
TTG’s approach also focused on improving circulation within the office by adding an access door to the back of the suite and incorporating glazing for interior doors and vision panels to create a brighter, more open atmosphere. The updated interior finishes were carefully selected to reflect Granite Edvance’s new branding, resulting in a cohesive, modern environment that resonates with the company’s refreshed identity. This renovation not only meets the practical needs of the organization but also creates an inviting and professional space for both employees and visitors.
