Turner Group was selected by Dartmouth Health to deliver architectural and engineering services for the renovation of a 13,000-square-foot space into a new, fully functional clinic. The project required precise planning and execution. TTG’s full design services focused on maximizing the existing layout to create 28 exam rooms, specialty clinic spaces, and team collaboration areas, while maintaining efficiency and patient comfort. A key component of the project included HVAC system upgrades to support the clinic’s operational needs and align with Dartmouth Health’s infrastructure standards.

An essential aspect of the renovation was ensuring the building’s exterior accesses were brought into full ADA compliance. Working within the limitations of an existing structure presented spatial challenges, but TTG’s commitment to space optimization and detail-oriented design helped achieve a layout that supports both staff workflow and patient accessibility. Throughout the project, TTG maintained regular coordination with Dartmouth Health to ensure the evolving design met all programmatic, functional, and regulatory requirements.
