Following the installation of a new Bindler processing line, Lindt undertook a major facility upgrade with the construction of a new chiller plant to support expanded production needs. The Turner Group provided full architectural and structural engineering services for the project, which included replacing the aging system, coordinating temporary mobile chillers to ensure uninterrupted operations, and designing complex piping connections to rooftop mechanical units—all while maintaining seamless production throughout construction.

This 90-foot span steel girder bridge on integral abutments replaced a severely undersized and deteriorated CMP. Work included the replacement of a 12-inch water main supported between the girders. Approximately 1100 linear feet of the roadway was reconstructed including elevating the roadway 6.5 feet to mitigate overtopping. This reconstruction included a 300-foot sheet pile retaining wall to accommodate the elevated profile within 25 feet of the existing brook. Traffic control was an on-site single lane detour road and bridge that utilized temporary traffic signals.
