Turner Group provided comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the City of Concord on this public-private partnership project in the heart of downtown.
The project transformed the site with a new multi-story office building, a 510-space parking garage, and significant infrastructure improvements. Scope of work included the abatement and demolition of existing buildings, removal of a city street, and the relocation of municipal utilities to accommodate the new development.
The six-story, structural steel-framed office building offers Class A office space, along with street-level amenities including a restaurant and a movie theater. Adjacent to the office building, the four-story parking garage features a precast concrete frame, pre-topped, prestressed double tees, and a brick façade, blending seamlessly into the surrounding cityscape.
