The Turner Group has partnered with the City of Concord and Beaver Meadow Golf Course since 2019 to reimagine the future of the Beaver Meadow Clubhouse. Following a facility assessment that identified significant deferred maintenance and renovation issues, TTG teamed with the city in 2023 to investigate the needs of the facility and how the course should be transformed to serve the wider Concord Community. After exploring many programs, , new or renovation options, size, and budgets, the city made the strategic decision to invest in a completely new facility rather than rebuild or enlarge the existing structure.
The resulting $7.5 million project will deliver a modern, multi-purpose clubhouse designed to serve the community for the next 50 years. Moving beyond just golf, the 6,000 square foot facility will support year-round engagement, including cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, and indoor golf simulation.
Inside, visitors will find a full-service dining and bar area, pro shop, golf simulators, and flexible meeting space ideal for hosting private functions and community events. The site can accommodate large events on the enlarged patio or under the tournament tent. A new parking lot with better traffic flow will increase parking by 50 percent within the same area.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on December 10th, 2025. The existing facility will remain in operation throughout the construction; the new clubhouse is slated for completion in late Fall of 2026.
