The Turner Group, Inc. was selected to provide design, project management, and construction oversight for a new office, vehicle warehouse, and distribution facility serving Pennichuck Water Works’ (PWW) Distribution Department. The 47,000-square-foot facility was developed to meet LEED®-equivalent standards, incorporating a range of sustainable and green building initiatives.

The building was designed to support PWW’s fleet of 60 vehicles and includes accommodations for operators, maintenance crews, and office staff. Key features include full-service vehicle maintenance bays with lifts rated up to 50,000 lbs., large vehicle storage bays, storage mezzanines, a 2-ton monorail lift, secure site access with an automated gate, infrared heating, locker rooms, and other employee-focused amenities.
