What You’ll Do:

• Assist in designing structural systems for commercial, institutional, cleanroom, and industrial buildings across New England
• Expand your knowledge of design with steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and insulated metal panels
• Help prepare clear, high-quality construction documents including calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate daily with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Attend site visits and assist with RFIs, submittals, and other construction-phase tasks
• Balance independent work with active team collaboration and mentorship
• Learn from experienced team members and actively contribute to delivering high-quality results

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-4 years of experience in structural design for buildings
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
• FE exam passed or EIT certification preferred
• Familiarity with Revit and structural analysis software (RAM, Visual Analysis, RISA, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
• A desire to grow long-term with a close interdisciplinary team
