What You’ll Do:

• Assist in designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, cleanroom, and industrial buildings across New England.
• Communicating with Project Team.
• Expand your knowledge of design.
• Help prepare clear, high-quality construction documents including calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate daily with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Attend site visits and assist with RFIs, submittals, and other construction-phase tasks
• Balance independent work with active team collaboration and mentorship
• Learn from experienced team members and actively contribute to delivering high-quality results

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-4 years of experience designing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and leading design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
• FE exam passed or EIT certification preferred
• Familiar in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
• A desire to grow long-term with a close interdisciplinary team
