What You’ll Do:

• Support design development on a variety of project types
• Contribute to drawings, models, and presentations that clearly convey design ideas
• Develop construction documents under the guidance of senior staff
• Coordinate daily with engineers, consultants, and contractors to create fully integrated design solutions
• Assist with site visits, documentation, and construction administration tasks
• Learn from mentorship opportunities while building professional skills
• Contribute to firm-wide design standards and sustainability initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture or related internships
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency with Revit or other industry-standard design tools
• Knowledge of design fundamentals, building codes, and construction methods
• Strong communication skills – visual, written, and verbal
• A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm to learn and contribute
• A long-term vision for growing within a multidisciplinary firm
