Turner Group provided the CCSNH and Milestone Engineering and Construction with professional architectural and engineering services to complete construction drawings  and specifications on envelope upgrade and repair project for the library at New Hampshire Technical Institute’s.   The building had reported moisture intrusion from both roof and wall since it had opened.  TTG did extensive testing and infrared photography to determine the source of the moisture.  It was found the roof was not installed properly, there was no flashing at the majority of the openings and material transitions.

The Turner Group documents were submitted with details pertaining to the necessary repairs and the water intrusion that was found throughout the building’s envelope. The Turner Group prepared Milestone with different solutions to each problem and also listed recommended materials to resolve each individual issue.
