Turner Group provided architectural services for the interior renovation of the 48,000 sf arena to add university hockey team locker rooms and staff space.

TTG worked closely with the client to provide conceptual design services for an interior two-level buildout of a locker room suite within an existing arena. The project involved converting an open two-story storage space adjacent to the ice surface & spectator viewing area into a multi-level team suite for the college’s men’s and women’s hockey teams and coaching staff. The concept was developed to work within the existing building’s space and systems constraints to control the construction cost. The design included the option for upper-level expansion to include spaces such as a broadcast area, viewing suite, and a team lounge as the budget allows.
