Turner Group was retained by the City of Claremont, NH to conduct inspection services for three dams that are integral to the city’s water supply system. These inspections provided the City with critical data to assess the condition of the structures and prioritize necessary repairs and rehabilitation efforts.

Following the inspections, TTG developed detailed plans and specifications for targeted improvements, including the design and installation of a new toe drain filter system for the Dole Reservoir Dam. Additionally, modifications to the overflow spillway were designed to bring the structure into compliance with State regulations, ensuring improved functionality and long-term stability.

Beyond design and planning, TTG provided comprehensive support throughout the construction process. This included securing necessary state permits, assisting with the bidding and procurement process, and overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. The successful execution of this project helped enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Claremont’s water supply infrastructure.
