The new Beaver Meadow Golf Course Clubhouse is officially underway!

Our team, along with the City of Concord, Milestone Construction, Beaver Meadow Golf Course, Friends of the Beav, and many other supporters gathered Wednesday for a chilly and long-awaited groundbreaking for the new Beaver Meadow Golf Course. This is an exciting step forward for the City of Concord and Beaver Meadow, and we are proud to be a part of this transformative project. The clubhouse is slated for completion in late Fall of 2026.

The new 6,000 sf clubhouse will include:

• A dining and bar area
• Pro shop
• Meeting space
• Simulators
• Larger patio
• New enlarged parking lot
